Kittredge Konnection - March 19, 2024

This Week's News

Kittredge Had a Special Visitor Last Week...

...and his name is Lucky the Leprechaun!

Our 2/3 students had a blast engineering leprechaun traps with their 7th grade buddies. No one caught him, but we hear he left them a special message.

Happy belated St. Patrick's day!

Bravo, Kittredge!

You deserve a standing ovation!

The number of parents, grandparents, siblings, and even vocal coaches who attended the Talent Show was truly incredible. It was a packed house!

We owe a special thank you to Una Carolan and the KPA for providing an incredible spread of snacks before and after the show. It was a veritable feast, and we're very grateful.

Thank you for showing up to support and celebrate our kids as they sang, danced, and made magic - literally!

Bridge Breaking Ceremony

Congratulations to The Bridgers, It's Called Soccer, and the winning bridge company, Bridge Inc. Co. for another educational and entertaining bridge-breaking competition. Each group worked interdependently (this month's habit of mind) to produce terrific bridges. The project managers, architects, transportation chiefs, accountants and carpenters all worked in synchronicity to put together memorable projects and presentations. See some of the suspense here.

Conference Sign-ups

Parents, your child's teacher should have reached out to you by now with signups for conferences! Please choose a time slot as soon as you are able to secure a time to speak about your child's progress. You may drop your child off in Extendo for the duration of the conference at no extra charge.

Futsal

Our next Varsity Futsal game will be against SF Friends at 4pm at SF Friends this Thursday, March 21. Gooooooo Kittredge!

Welcome Dhruva!

We are thrilled to welcome new second-grader Dhruva and his family to Kittredge. Parents, faculty, and students, please give them a warm welcome and show them what makes the Kittredge community so special!
