Last week our Student Council held a bake sale to benefit St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital and WOW did our Kittredge Community show up! Thanks to you, we raised $462 for families in need of support during medical treatement!!

Hot Lunch

Hot Lunch this Friday (5/1) is: Burrito Bowl, Juice Box, Fruit/Veg, and a Side Item.


The cost of each lunch will be $9.00. A second (or even a third) slice, bagel, etc. may be ordered for an additional $3.00 each.


Here is the form, when you complete your order, you will receive a receipt via email.


Orders are placed on Thursday morning. All orders must be submitted by end of day on Wednesday.


Screen Free Week Starting TOMORROW


As a school we will be participating in Screen Free Week starting tomorrow. Our students and teachers will be tracking their screen usage from May 6th to May 12th. Their challenge is to remain completely screen-free (outside of schoolwork) on these days. This may seem daunting, but it may also be a wonderful opportunity to get outside or spend some quality time with loved ones!


Students will each work towards their individual goal of 7 screen-free days outside of schoolwork and work together to see how many screen-free days we can amass as a school! In order to track this, students will be sent home daily with a tracking sheet that a parent signs before it is returned to school the next day.


We also invite parents to participate along with their child and see if they can make it for 7 days! Are you up for the challenge?


7th Grade High School Meeting Night


Seventh grade parents are invited to an informational meeting about the high school admissions process. This is a great introduction to how you can prepare your future 8th grader for a successful admissions season next fall. You should have received an invite from our very own high school counselor, Mr. Young. See you tonight at 6!


New Science Club Session with Ms. Rose Starting Today


2025-2026 Session #6: Final Session!


Science Club with Ms. Rose is an exciting after-school STEAM enrichment program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). Science Club is an opportunity to learn about science, have fun with friends, and make projects to bring home, or give as gifts to friends and family.  


Details:  

Science Club sessions consist of thematic units held after school Tuesdays from 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm. Students will join Extended Day on the playground from dismissal until 3:15pm. Snack is provided. 


Science Club with Ms. Rose Session #6 2025-2026: Final Session! 

Tuesdays 3:15-4:30 pm: May 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, and June 2nd

It's That Time of the Trimester!


Wow, has time flown by, we are at the midway point in the Third Trimester! Now is a great time for students to have a conversation with their teachers regarding their performance and effort during this third semester. Teachers are here to help and answer questions.

Student Teacher Swap Day on Monday


Students and staff will come to school next Monday dressed as each other. We can't wait to see this wacky fun!!


LionDanceME on Monday


Wow is next Monday going to be fun! On top of our wonderful Spirit Day, we will be having LionDanceME joining us for our assembly to celebrate AAPI month! Parents are invited to join us at 2:00 pm at Rochambeau if they want to be part of the fun.

Kittredge Sports Banquet


March 21 will be the Kittredge Sports Banquet at Rochambeau from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Please be on the look-out for an email form Coach Gules with more details and how we will celebrate your athlete.


KPA Korner


Teacher Appreciation


Thank you to everyone who is bringing goodies for our staff this week to celebrate teacher appreciation week! And please note the KPA organized teacher appreciation luncheon is on June 10, so our amazing teachers will be celebrated again this school year.


Spring Camping Trip May 15-17


There is still room to join our Spring Camping Trip on May 15-17 at the Sonoma Coast State Park - Bodega Dunes Campground! Please RSVP to Leyla at alievaleila@gmail.com to join the fun. (Please include the number of adults, kids, and cars in your party so we can plan accordingly.)
