Hot Lunch Reminder

Hot Lunch this Friday (1/16) is: Bagel and Cream Cheese, Juice Box, Fruit/Veg, and a Side Item.

The cost of each lunch will be $9.00. A second (or even a third) slice, bagel, etc. may be ordered for an additional $3.00 each.

If you have not already filled it out, here is the form!

Orders are placed on Thursday morning. All orders must be submitted by end of day on Wednesday.

Talent Show Auditions

Individual and small group auditions will be held at TOMORROW 2026, from 2:45pm-5pm

Some things to keep in mind for individual acts:

1. All acts need to be practiced and prepared at home for the audition.

2. Background music must be karaoke versions only, no lip-synching is allowed.

Music files need to be edited to what will be performed and shared HERE.

Please no youtube links, etc. If you have questions or need help, contact Ms. K.

3. Sheet music and/or instruments need to be at school on audition day.

4. No act can exceed 2 minutes.

Boba Fundraiser

We want to extend a huge thank you to our Student Council and our wonderful Kittredge community, as we raised $350 for Refuse Refuse from our boba fundraiser last week! We are so proud of our students helping to make San Francisco's a little cleaner.

Next Week's News

MLK Jr. Day

We will be closed next Monday, January 19th, in observance of MLK Jr. Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 20th.

Extended Day will be available, with enough sign ups. If you would like to sign your child up, please do so here by end of day Thursday.

The Kittredge Summer Program is Open for Enrollment!

The Kittredge Summer School Program is on the horizon and we look forward to seeing you there! For more details, check out our Summer School page. The progrom runs June 22- July 24.

KPA Korner

Seeking Volunteers for KPA Roles

The KPA is still looking for a volunteer to take over the role of treasurer in the Fall and shadow our current treasurer, Lisa Wong, this Spring. Please reach out to Lisa (lisa.h.wong@gmail.com) if you think this might be doable for you. We are also looking for someone to help plan and coordinate the Teacher Appreciation Luncheon during the last week of school (reach out to lisawongchenko@gmail.com).

The KPA depends on parent volunteers to function, so please consider volunteering if you can. We are so grateful to everyone who has volunteered already this year in some way!

Spring Camping Trip May 15-17

Our 2026 Kittredge Spring Camping Trip is planned for the weekend of Friday, May 15 - Sunday, May 17 at the Sonoma Coast State Park - Bodega Dunes Campground! Join us for a weekend of family fun surrounded by beautiful California coastal scenery. Located just a bit over an hour from San Francisco and just 5 minutes from Bodega Bay (restaurants, shops, hotels), this park features breathtaking views, sandy beaches, rolling dunes, wildlife spotting, and scenic trails perfect for hiking, beach walks, and sunset watching.

Location: Sonoma Coast State Park - Bodega Dunes Campground

Dates: Friday, May 15 – Sunday, May 17

Don't feel like camping but still want to participate? Join us for a day hike & picnic and/or stay overnight in nearby Bodega Bay (5 mins away from campground)
