Parent Conferences – Thursday and Friday

Noon Dismissals – Thursday and Friday
Please remember that Thursday and Friday are noon dismissals so that teachers are available for parent conferences. Every parent is being asked to complete a dismissal form so we know where to send your child at noon.

On minimum days, there is no lunch break before our noon dismissal, but please pack a snack as usual. If your child is staying for Extendo, please pack their lunch as well.

Pajama Day is Coming on December 16
Everybody’s most comfortable spirit day is right around the corner. On Thursday, December 16 we will all enjoy a day of school in our favorite PJs, slippers and robes. Please help your child join in on the fun.

Holiday Happening – December 16

Save the date for the heralded return of the Kittredge Holiday Happening. Big news for 2021: the Holiday Happening is happening outdoors!

3:00-5:00p
Rochambeau Playground
There will be crafts, games, snacks, a dance floor, and plenty of holiday cheer. Be sure to stay for the traditional Kittredge holiday sing-a-long!
**Please note: there is no Extended Care on 12/16. Please plan to join your child(ren) at the Holiday Happening or make plans for them to come with another adult.**

As written in our calendar, Winter Break begins on Friday, December 17. The Holiday Happening is the official start of our holiday break.

Returning to Kittredge After Vacation – Covid Test Results Needed
We are asking for Covid Test Results to be uploaded for every student by December 30th, so they may return in person on January 3rd. Both PCR and rapid tests (such as Binax) will be accepted.
Please also remember if your child is not fully vaccinated, a 7 day quarantine and a negative covid test is required after air travel and before returning to school.
