Holiday Happening – This Thursday from 6:30 – 8:15
All families are invited to attend Kittredge School’s annual Holiday Happening. Please mark your calendars now to make sure you don’t miss this wonderful event.
A sandwich snack/dinner is provided.
Please bring a finger food appetizer or dessert to share.
There will be crafts and games for all.
We’ll close with a community sing-a-long at 8.
As always, a great time is expected!
Rumor has it that Santa will make an appearance.
Important Note To All Parents:
Please remember that this is a family and community event. Teachers will be busy running games and helping with food and we rely on parents to watch and supervise their own children. The Kittredge Parent Association has worked hard to have activities for all, but we do not have space for students to invite friends outside of Kittredge to this event. Thanks for your help and support of our community.

Best of Luck to our Student Council Candidates
We wish all the students running for office our best. Today was a school assembly and Michael Metz, Simona Trubin and Sam Fine gave speeches for the school wide offices of President and Secretary. Individual classrooms will schedule time for the students running for class representatives to speak. The election will take place on Thursday. Good luck to everyone.

December Habit of Mind: Managing Impulsivity
During all the activities and stimulus of the holidays, there will be many opportunities to practice this Habit of Mind – managing impulsivity. We hope that everyone will remember to take a minute to stop and think before they act or react.
“Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together.”
~Vincent Van Gough
Enjoy your break!
